"Mr. Flores and Mr. Salazar are awesome instructors! They teach the kids the fundamentals and develop them. They have a GREAT balance of taking care of their r wellbeing and also challenging them. I highly recommend being your kids and family to learn martial at PO1."

"I have been going there for 2 years now. I love the teachers and the community of people. They teach us self defense and discipline, but it is all done with kindness. Every woman/girl should learn how to defend themselves. I love these classes."
