"This martial arts studio is for adults, teens, and kids. From what I've seen thus far, they are very inclusive - everyone is welcome to come learn, workout, and enjoy making/ achieving goals. Ive attended 3 classes and my teacher Ms Heather is excellent (beginning adults class.) Recommended!"
