"Best training you’ll find! Also the belt promotions are legitimate and recognized by the governing party of Taekwondo in Korea. There are other places around town that just buy belts on amazon and pretend to be legitimate. This was the first Taekwondo studio in Folsom and is the absolute best."

"Solid taekwondo center with good teachers especially master Frega. We like his no nonsense and professional approach to teaching. Also appreciate to how dedicated he and the team here are to their craft. I wish their fees were a little less expensive but then quality comes at a price I guess!"
