"I have been attending for right at a year now (currently 2018). Started with my two hyperactive ADHD boys age 6 and 9. Mr. Poland is great with the kids even when they can be a bit wild. "Awesome excersise for my boys! Master Poland is attentive and helps teach them self discipline and respect! He also made sign up easy. Altogether my kids love going to see him and they are making new friends! Highly recommend for everyone of any age!"
