"My nephew had a hard time wanting to start the process.... But they worked with him.... Took the extra time to talk to him and relate. They are great at encouraging and cheering on everyone. I also like that the class has varying ages. It's a very welcoming place."

"Teach really well, good self defense lessons as well as kicks and punches. The kids all seem to have a good time but still learn a lot. Also, they are very kind! It is a great place. Highly recommend."
