"Do not waste your time here. Jujitsu is missing from the Gaylord Method that is being taught here. The reason I mention this is because Japan JJ is part of the founding of this art and is apart of Kajukenbo. You want real Kajukenbo, Find the “Emperado or original Method” of this style.
