"I’ve dropped into this gym a few times while in OC and always had a great experience. Super friendly and welcoming vibe, solid coaching, and the facilities are clean. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a good spot to train. Beginner friendly, Coach Anthony is a great instructor."
