"The coop has a woman’s class taught by Emely on Sundays at 3pm. This class is EVERYTHING! If you are a woman looking for a safe place, great community, a knowledgeable and patient coach, laughs and treats. Then you should definitely come here!!! I highly recommend them 😊. See y’all on the mat 🥋"
