"Great gym! Great Coaches! I've been to a lot of different gyms and this one is the best by far. They offer a variety of classes and women's only classes for ladies that want to learn fighting techniques but are intimidated by co-ed classes. Highly recommend!"

"M3 is a Great gym! A huge variety of classes to take, open 6 days a week with different coaches to learn from, 2 different mat areas, crash pads, plenty of heavy bags and striking equipment, a lounge area, 2 bathrooms, a shower, and more! I would recommend checking it out"
