"Really solid BJJ class. Coaches explain things clearly and push you without being over the top. Good mix of drilling and live rolling. Chill, ego-free vibe—everyone’s there to learn and get better. I always walk out feeling sharper. Highly recommend for anyone serious about Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu."
