"Coach Matt is a legit martial artist. He teaches top tier MMA. Fight Lab is the best MMA gym in high desert. The gym is very welcoming and you feel right at home. Im a karate practitioner and Coach Matt is who I cross train with. No ego, just great training and great comradely."
